Bird in Hand began in earnest in 1997 when founders Andrew and Susie Nugent happened upon a dairy
farm in Woodside in the emerging Adelaide Hills wine region of South Australia. Bird in Hand has now
expanded into Tasmania, having acquired a wild and rugged stretch of coastline east of Tasmania in
