About sipsetter

We provide delightful experiences driven by access to, and connection with, relevant wine brands. sipsetter enables better engagement through our distinctive product offerings and experiences – including imports and hard-to-find bottles. And we do it in a way that’s intuitive, and fun. sipsetter is focused on discovery-led, data-driven, curated online wine shopping.

sipset is a monthly membership program. Upon joining the sipset, our members will receive a 3- or 6-bottle box each month. Each month’s wine selection is curated by sipsetter’s wine experts and sommeliers. We provide the highest quality wines from around the world. If you’re a sipset member, you’ll receive a box of wine every month, delivered right to your doorstep. And one more thing: shipping is included! To join, visit our sipset page.

Purchasing, Returns, & Memberships

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, to name a few), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We cannot accept checks or money orders. We are actively working on accepting more forms of payment. Please note that all refunds must be processed to the original payment method.

Your satisfaction matters most to us. If there is any damage to / issue with your bottle upon receipt, we will happily provide you with a full refund. For any returns or exchange inquiries, contact us at hello@sipsetter.com

If circumstances change and you need to cancel your membership, you can do so by contacting us directly at hello@sipsetter.com or logging into your account on sipsetter.com and cancelling or temporarily pausing your membership. Your cancellation or pause will be effective for the next scheduled order that has not yet shipped (we cannot cancel a box after it has been shipped).

When you are ready to unpause your membership, you can contact us at hello@sipsetter.com or log back into your account and reactivate your previously paused membership.

You can contact us at hello@sipsetter.com or log into your account on sipsetter.com and modify any of your existing memberships. You can add new bottles to existing memberships, and reduce the qty you're receiving. If you need to change the frequency you're receiving your membership, you can.

Please note that some memberships, like The Weekender and The World Traveller have limited modifications that can be made because of the type or wine memberships. Individual bottles can be modified freely.
